It wrecks your hair and does'nt even work. Also you should use fructis to control your dandruff problem, but don;t get the original fructis get the dandruff control one. Hope that helped, and GOOD luck!!!!What is the best shampoo out there for dandruff?

I know this problem and this simple, safe, natural, low cost solution will definitely and quickly alleviate and possibly eliminate it completely - it did mine. I'm afraid you will get

answers suggesting lots of totally ineffective treatments, some harmful like many anti-dandruff shampoos and others that will aggravate problem - so beware. Dandruff is a disease: Shampoo manufacturers misinform %26amp; lead you to think you have it. Look it up and see if you really have. Problem could be just a very dry flaking scalp and skin, like I used to have, sensitive to chemicals, harmful ingredients in many commercial shampoos, soaps, other products. Perms, tints, bleaches, straighteners, tanning booths or sunlamps also harm scalp and hair. Simple remedy - use a mild tea tree oil shampoo or selenium based shampoo - acts as an anti-fungal agent, with a few drops of tea tree oil added and wash less frequently. You damage hair and scalp, cause thinning and premature graying by over washing. Shampoo companies love you to believe frequent washing is desirable %26amp; instruct you to apply shampoo twice! You may be surprised - but to restore scalp to health you need to frequently brush, 25 to 30 strokes each or every other day, quite vigorously, so you feel it stimulating scalp - will unplug ducts at the site of a hair shaft, shed flakes and other contaminants, reverse other damage %26amp; force new growth. Apply flaxseed oil or vitamin E oils to the scalp and hair, before or after brushing, nightly and wash off in the morning. Will give hair a healthy sheen. My hair had started to thin - this regime stopped that too. Entire body health, particularly digestive system matters. Avoid fried foods; be careful of excessive intake of fats, dairy products, sugars, chocolate, seafood, and peanuts. Consider a whole foods diet. Increase green leafy vegetables and raw foods. Take nutritional supplements and Vitamins. Biotin is a B vitamin, helps break down fats, carbohydrates, and proteins. Found naturally in many foods or can supplement. Food sources of biotin include brewer's yeast, nutritional yeast, whole grains, nuts, Other helpful supplements -Vitamin B complex, especially vitamin B1 and B2 Vitamin A, Omega fatty acids, especially omega-6. This should alleviate wax problem also. Lastly, often overlooked, get plenty of sun - a natural source of vitamins will revitalize hair and scalp. I can be emailed - see profile.
